I'm Brandon Connor. Sydney-based, a decade deep across sales, marketing, and the kind of behind-the-scenes systems work that keeps a small business running. Big Bear Marketing is where all of that comes together.

I started this agency because I kept seeing the same problem: small businesses (tradies, service providers, solo operators) either had no web presence, or they had been stung by a $15k agency bill for a site that looked like a template and broke six months later.

I build every site by hand. No page builders, no bloated themes, no handoff to a junior offshore team. You work with me directly from first call to go-live. If something needs fixing after launch, I am the person who picks up the phone.
